for these items. The product lists used can be found on the
USITC DataWeb after logging in, by selecting "HTS items",
"Create a new commodity list" and then "Make a copy of a USITC master list".
2 Note--data on quantity and unit value for groups 19, 22, C. Carbon and
Alloy Pipe and Tube, and grand totals do not include HTS 8431438020 or HTS
8431438040 because the import quantity collected was in units rather than
weight.
